What I Do At Zola:
As a Care Operations Associate, I help keep our practice organized and running efficiently behind the scenes. I support clients throughout their care journey by assisting with scheduling, maintaining client records, coordinating insurance and billing processes, and helping ensure our clinicians have the administrative support they need to focus on providing excellent care.
Off the clock:
In my free time, you can usually find me browsing every aisle of HomeGoods, trying out a new TikTok recipe, or enjoying time as a dog mom to Prince. I also love traveling, watching documentaries, and having our own little TED Talks with my family and friends.
