What I Do At Zola:
As a Care Operations Associate, I help keep our practice organized and running efficiently behind the scenes. I support clients throughout their care journey by assisting with scheduling, maintaining client records, coordinating insurance and billing processes, and helping ensure our clinicians have the administrative support they need to focus on providing excellent care.
Off the clock:
In my free time you may find me painting or reading books. I also love trying new restaurants and cafes with my friends and family!
