Who I help:

I work with adults who want a therapist who truly understands the complexity of identity, culture, sexuality, and lived experience. I specialize in supporting women and people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, kinky folks and gender-expansive humans, and those navigating intersecting marginalized identities. As a neurodivergent therapist, I also provide an affirming space for clients with diverse sensory needs and expressions, offering care that honors the fullness of who you are.

How I help:

My therapeutic approach centers on creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I blend liberation-focused, trauma-informed, and collaborative practices to help you explore your internal story, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate meaningful, sustainable change. I offer EMDR therapy tailored to your pace, goals, and nervous system needs, integrating grounding, mindfulness, and resourcing to support safety and empowerment. My advanced training—including Sex Education As Resistance with Ericka Hart—guides my work in helping clients reclaim connection to identity, body, culture, pleasure, and the full spectrum of their humanity. When helpful, I also incorporate literature to deepen insight and healing.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients describe our work together as affirming, grounding, and deeply supportive. They often share that they feel truly seen, welcomed, and understood in a space that honors every part of their identity. Many appreciate the balance of warmth and clinical skill, the collaborative style of therapy, and the intentional pacing of EMDR that helps them feel safe and empowered. They leave our sessions feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in their inner voice, and more equipped to navigate life with clarity and self-trust.

Off the clock:

In my free time, I am usually reading romance, horror, fantasy, and non-fiction about Black trailblazers, animals, or Earth. I enjoy crafting, watching anime, hanging out with my dog, and listening to my record player. When I have extra time away, I love to travel, take myself on adventures, and spend quality time with my loved ones.
