OUR MISSION

Zola Counseling Solutions was created to improve access to mental health care in communities where seeking mental health treatment is not ‘the norm’.

Asia Rodriquez is a therapist and owner of Zola Counseling Solutions

Zola Counseling Founder

Asia Rodriquez

Asia founded Zola Counseling Solutions as a way to destigmatize what mental health treatment is and how its experienced. Normalizing the therapeutic process, meeting clients where they are and creating a comforting environment where people can feel safe to work through some of the hardest things to talk about has been a priority for Asia.

Asia is a licensed therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, and anger management. She works with clients who have experienced trauma affecting their personal and professional lives, particularly those dealing with anxiety, imposter syndrome, or high-stress environments. Asia's approach is holistic, focusing on the individual as a whole rather than just symptoms. She uses various methods to guide clients through processing emotions and developing healthy coping strategies. Clients describe her as warm and calming, appreciating her ability to challenge unhelpful beliefs while moving at their pace.

Asia is licensed to provide therapy in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Puerto Rico, offering video sessions in English.
